Meditation Session 4 Relax Meditation Session 5 Hotel Return to Hotel Accommodation: Ceylon Intercontinental Colombo   DAY 05 After breakfast leave for Ancient City of Anuradhapura - 4th Century BC In Anuradhapura, visit the following, Sacred Bo Tree - the oldest historically authenticated tree in the world grown from the sapling of the Bo Tree under which Lord Buddha attained enlightenment, Ruwanweliseya Dagaba, Thuparama - the fir st Dagaba built enshrining the Collar Bone of the Lord Buddha, lsurumuniya Rock Temple - famous for its sculpture, Samadhi Statue sculptured depicting the meditation posture of the Lord Buddha, Royal Pleasure Garden, Moonstone and the Twin Ponds. Practice Meditation at the Samdhi Buddha Stauc , the Sacred Bodhi Tree and the Ruwanaveiseya in the evening. Visit Aluviharaya in Matale where teachings of Lord Buddha were commited to writing for the first time and Nalanda Gedige - unique for its architectural design of its Buddha Image House depicting the Pallawa South Indian Architecture dating back to 8th - 10th century AD Evening visit the most venerated Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. and watch a Cultural Performance by traditional Kandyan Dancers and Drummers Practice Meditation at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic Accommodation: Queen’s Hotel Kandv   DAY 07 After breakfast leave for Colombo.
