expecting you and no others as the chances that you may

After initial contacts , identify
your Chauffeur/Guide or Tour Guide who is going to be your
traveling partner and the major
contact person in Sri Lanka during your holiday. |

a few minutes of your time to discuss in detail the
programme that you have from your Travel Agent with the
Chauffeur/Guide or Tour Guide and bring to his notice
any discrepancy. Our personnel have been instructed to
bring them to the notice of the management so that they
could be clarified with your Travel Agent in order to
ensure that there is no disappointment to you. |

in mind that from now on you are going to have new

Should there be any shortcoming be patient to tolerate
them - but please let the management know about them so
